What utilities do I need to set up and pay separately?
Residents pay water through Chesterfield County utility Department: Bi-Monthly Bill. Residents set up an account with Dominion Energy and pay this utility directly to Dominion Energy. There is a $5/mo utility billing fee.

How can I pay my rent?
We offer online rental payment through the Resident Portal via Flex Rent, eCheck, Debit or Credit Card, or Electronic Cash Payments. You may set up reoccuring payments through your Resident Portal.
You may also pay with a personal check or cashier’s check. If you prefer to utilize Electronic Cash Payments, you’ll receive a PaySlip barcode which you’ll bring to a participating store, and pay via cash for a small fee.

How do I request maintenance service?
You can submit a service request on the online Resident Portal. If it is after hours, we will respond the next day.
For emergencies, please text or call 804-429-1946 for our on-call Maintenance Technician. Most of the time, a technician will be out within the hour.

What is the Resident Portal?
The Resident Portal is where you can pay rent, message the Leasing Office, request maintenance service, see community announcements, and post to your neighbors. You will receive an email to create your account the day after your lease begins. If you already have an account, you can access the Resident Portal HERE.

Where can I park? How about my guests?
You will have an attached garage, two spaces in front of townhome, parking at leasing office, and some street parking with designated parking lines throughout community.

Can I add a pet after I move in?
Absolutely! Contact the office with your pet’s information and vet records and we can help you add them to your lease.

How can I reserve the resident lounge/clubhouse for a private event?
Notify the Leasing Office with the date and time you would like to reserve. There is a $150 rental fee. You may reserve the clubhouse for up to 4 hours, which includes time for set up and clean up.

How does trash removal work?
Each townhome will receive a rolling tote for curbside service that has already been set up for you. The $30 for this service will appear on your account which will be viewable when you pay your rent.
- TRASH REMOVAL: Thursday evening the trash toter is rolled out from garage to the curb of their driveway. Friday the trash truck picks up the trash toter and empties the toter. Friday afternoon the trash toter is placed back into the garage.
- RECYCLING: Recycling is a service the residents/homeowners can select on their own through Chesterfield County recycling. Call 804-748-1297 to opt in. There is an annual fee of $41 through Chesterfield
