Inside, live in style with high-end finishes and a full-size washer & dryer in each townhome. The thoughtfully designed floor plans maximize space, offering plenty of storage with an extra-large kitchen filled with cabinets and oversized bedroom closets. Application Fee:

  • $55 per adult (18+)
  • Application is completed online
  • Each adult must apply separately

Security Deposit:

  • Due within 3 days of approval with signed lease
  • Minimum of $250, up to 2 months’ rent depending on qualifications


Lease Initiation Fee (Admin Fee):

  • $199 non-refundable, due at move-in


Trash Removal:

  • $30/month, billed through the resident portal with rent
  • Includes 1 tote per home
  • Optional recycling: $41/year through Chesterfield County

Renter’s Insurance:

  • Required before move-in and at each renewal
  • Must include $300,000 liability coverage

    Our community has a full size washer & dryer set already installed in each townhome. No need to bring yours!

  • Is there high speed internet available?

    YES! The community offers complimentary WiFi in the amenity spaces and each townhome is wired for high speed internet. Connect the provider of your choice. If you choose satellite, it must be on your townhome’s patio or balcony and not affixed to the building in any way.

  • Do I need Renters Insurance?

    Yes. Proof of Renters Insurance is required before you move in and with each lease renewal. We recommend getting a quote from your current insurer if you have an auto or life policy.

  • Is there a preferred employer program?

    We have a list of preferred employers and a discount available! Call us to see if your employer is on the list. 

  • Can I have a pet?

    YES! We love dogs of all sizes and cats. There are NO breed restrictions!
